- Click "Cancel Subscription"
You can easily cancel or change your subscription at any time - right from the software. All of your subscription preferences can be found in your "Options" tool, located in the upper right hand corner of your screen.
From the Options Tool, find the list of options on the left. At the very bottom under "My Account", click "Cancel Subscription". You can answer a short survey, and your subscription will be cancelled automatically.
To change anything else about your subscription, click "Manage Subscription". That will open your Customer Portal. Then, scroll down until you see the "Subscription" window. Then, select the "Manage" gear icon on the upper right of this window. You will see an option to change your subscription.
To cancel your Clear Estimates subscription, head into your account and click "Options" at the top right of your screen:
Then, under "My Account", click "Cancel Subscription" on the bottom left:
This will open a new window, where you can answer a few short questions and cancel your subscription.
