Overview

Clear Estimates offers fully personalized proposals, featuring your own company logo. You can easily add your own logo to your proposals in a few simple steps. First, select the Options tool in the upper right corner of your screen. The first page that will appear is the “My Company Info” section of your Options Tool.

From here, select the “Set Company Logo” button below your company name. This will open a file selector from your computer. Select the file you will use for your logo, and then select “Open“.

Then, scroll to the bottom and select “Save“. That’s it!

How To:

You can easily add your company logo to Clear Estimates by clicking on “Options” then clicking “Set Company Logo.”

From here, select the image file that you want to use for your logo. Clear Estimates will put the logo on all of your reports and line-item breakdowns. Then, be sure to scroll down and hit Save before you exit the page:

For additional customization, note that Clear Estimates will put your logo onto the reports at the same size that you upload it. This means if you want just a small logo, use a free image resizer (just search Google for “free image resizer”, there are dozens of good ones) to make the image small. Then, when it is uploaded, it will take that size on the reports.

You may need to play around with the logo resizing a few times to make sure you get it exactly how you want it.

Another important note about this – if you upload a very large logo, it will take up more than one page on your report (which you probably don’t want). To solve this, make sure your logo is less than 500 pixels wide (the image resizers will show you the width). This will ensure that your logo only takes up one page.

Hope this helps!
